I’ve spent thirty years as a professional actor, I know what it feels like to face the camera, step onto stage or wait in the wings with your heart pounding. I’ve navigated countless auditions, opening nights and high-pressure performances – and I’ve experienced the anxiety that can come with all of it.

After over ten years as a yoga teacher (trained in India, Australia and Bali) and discovering the transformative power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), I found what actually works for performance anxiety. Not just breathing through it or “thinking positive” – but releasing the fear at its root.

Now as a certified EFT practitioner, I combine my lived experiences as a performer with proven mind-body techniques to help others move from panic to presence. Whether you’re facing an audition, giving a corporate presentation, delivering a wedding speech or simply want to stop dreading speaking up in meetings – I understand your world because I’ve lived it for three decades.

Hi, I’m Roz – a long-time actor, yoga teacher and EFT Practitioner. I’ve been lucky enough to be in some of the most iconic Australian films; Muriel’s Wedding and The Dish. On television, I spent ten years on Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell on the ABC, where I played over one hundred and fifty characters including my personal favourites Dolly Norman and Vomitoria Catchment. and As a writer my work has been included in a Best Australian Comedy Writing Anthology and my solo theatre shows have toured international.
